Mr. David D Grey is an accomplished public servant with more than 33 years of public sector experience, having worked in leadership positions in several areas of government operations. He is currently Head of Investigation (Acting) at the Integrity Commission. He Holds a Certificate in Legal Education from Norman Manley Law School and an MBA from The Manchester Business School.
Mr. Grey has worked extensively in the fields of Public Sector Management & Accountancy, Audit & Investigation of Private and Public sector entities and has made valuable contributions to the development of Tax Policy. Mr. Grey has delivered papers locally and overseas on Jamaican Anti-Corruption efforts and Protected Disclosures Provisions (i.e. whistleblowing legislation). He played a key role in the development of the Regulations to the said Act as well as the Procedural Guidelines to the Protected Disclosure Act.
