Step by Step guide to download our Mobile App

Download App: Download our Mobile App in the Google Play or App Store by searching for “JPS & Partners Mobile”.

Complete Registration: Open and Select “Register”.

Enter required fields following guidelines below:

Account Number: Enter account number, then place “0”s before member account so that it totals 8 digits. eg. 00012345

Select Option/Enter ID: Enter ID number (Driver’s License, Voter’s ID, Passport) that was used when opening your account. You will not be able to complete the registration process if the ID you enter doesn’t match the ID on our system. 

Contact Number: Enter 10 digit contact number that was used when opening your account. You will not be able to complete the registration process if the contact number you enter doesn’t match the contact number we have for you on our system.

Email Address: Enter email address that was used when opening your account. You will not be able to complete the registration process if the email address you enter doesn’t match the email we have for you on our system.

Password: Enter a unique password that must have at least one upper case, one lower case and at least 1 numeric digit.

Confirm Password: Must re-enter password submitted.

Complete Registration: You complete registration by first completing fields as instructed above, and checking checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions.
